The National Transportation Safety Board says a Texas plane crash earlier this year happened during a gender reveal. The September crash in Turkey left a passenger with minor injuries. The NTSB report released this week says the pilot dumped hundreds of gallons of pink water for the reveal but stalled because the plane was too low. Turkey is about 100 miles southeast of Amarillo.
