Texas' sales tax revenue is almost three-billion dollars. Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced today all major economic sectors saw growth in sales tax revenue specifically construction and information services. Motor vehicle sales and rental taxes led the way followed by oil production taxes. Total sales tax revenue for October was seven-percent more than this time last year.
