A family court hearing for Josh Hamilton is being rescheduled until next year. A Tarrant County judge made the decision today without comment on the issue. The Texas Rangers Hall of Fame member is accused of beating one of his daughters last month. Ex-wife Katie Hamilton attempted to get a protective order against Josh Hamilton for the girl earlier this month. Hamilton surrendered to police yesterday and is out on bond.
