Kawhi Leonard had 38 points, 12 rebounds and four steals to lead the Clippers to a 103-97 win over the Spurs in Los Angeles. Montrezl Harrell added 24 points on 9-of-11 shooting for LA, which improved to 3-and-0 at home and 4-and-2 overall. DeMar DeRozan scored 29 points to pace the San Antonio attack. Derrick White contributed 20 points off the bench for the Spurs, who suffered their first loss of the season in four games.
