The judge in the Amber Guyger murder trial and the Dallas County District Attorney are still at odds over a contempt charge. Judge Tammy Kemp has ordered DA John Creuzot to explain in her court why he gave a TV interview a few days before the start of the trial, despite a gag order. Creuzot's office asked the judge to remove herself from the contempt hearing. Judge Kemp on Thursday said the DA can't use his own office to defend himself against claims of wrongdoing brought by the state. The contempt hearing is next Thursday.
