California Braces For High Winds, Power Outages As Wildfires Rage

California is bracing for high winds and power outages as wildfires continue to rage. PG&E is cutting the power to nearly a million customers with winds forecast to gust as high as 80-miles-per-hour in San Francisco's North Bay area. Another 50-thousand Sonoma County residents are being evacuated because of the massive Kincade Fire which officials say is only ten percent contained. The National Weather Service is warning of an historic and extreme wind event that could last through Monday morning.
