Part of Congress avenue in Austin was shut down for a while this morning after someone climbed to the top of a crane and started throwing things off of it.
Austin Fire Department, Austin-Travis County EMS and Austin Police Department was called to the scene on Congress near James Street at about 7 a.m. and began trying to talk him down.
The man finally came down and was arrested.
