A Dallas judge will hear arguments this morning about whether Atatiana Jefferson's funeral should be postponed. Jefferson was shot in her mother's home by a police officer when she was there playing video games with her young nephew on October 12th. Fort Worth Police Officer Aaron Dean has since resigned and is now charged with Jefferson's murder. Her funeral was to have taken place on Saturday but was put on hold amid a family dispute and a restraining order granted to her father.
