The funeral for the Fort Worth woman shot and killed by a police officer in her own home will be delayed. Atatiana Jefferson's father, Marquis Jefferson claimed his daughter's aunt was among the people not allowing him to make funeral arrangements. The aunt, Venitta Body, said he was not Jefferson's biological father, despite claiming he was on her birth certificate, and added he never had legal custody over her. A hearing is set for Monday to decide if the restraining order will be continued.
