A former Border Patrol agent faces up to 30 years in federal prison for producing and possessing child porn. Vernon Millican pleaded guilty in a San Antonio courtroom yesterday to one count of each charge. He admitted to taking pictures and videos of himself sexually assaulting a minor. Millican will be sentenced in January.
