Beto O'Rourke Pushes For Gun Buy-Backs

Democratic presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke of Texas continues his call for a gun buy-back program in America. He laid out his argument last night during the fourth debate in Ohio. This morning, the former Texas Congressman is doubling down on getting assault-style weapons he calls "instruments of war" off the streets.  O'Rourke said, "we've seen the devastating effects they can have in Dayton, Ohio or El Paso, Texas or Odessa, not too far from where I live. Those must be bought back." However, he also stressed that he's not calling for "confiscating anybody's guns."
