Houston Accused Of Not Helping Attorneys In Botched Drug Raid

The city of Houston is being accused of not giving 911 call records which led to a botched deadly drug raid. Attorneys for Rhogena Nicholas' family says they've been blocked by the city and police at getting the records. Police were also accused of not making public the results of their investigation into the January raid which left Nicholas and husband Dennis Tuttle dead. Two officers have been charged in connection with the raid. A Houston spokesperson tells KPRC the city is behaving properly in challenging the claims by Nicholas' attorney.
