Texas loses To Oklahoma In Red River Showdown

Jalen Hurts connected with CeeDee Lamb three times for scores as Oklahoma beat Texas in the Red River Showdown 7 at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas. Hurts had 131 yards rushing and accounted for four scores, three through the air and one on the ground for the fifth-ranked Sooners, while Lamb had 10 catches for 171 yards. Kennedy Brooks had 10 carries for 105 yards in the win to give O-U 48 in the all-time series. Longhorns quarterback Sam Ehlinger didn't throw for any touchdowns, but he found the endzone twice on the ground in the loss. Roschon Johnson Scampered for 95 yards and punched it in from four yard in the third for U-T, which falls to 4-and-2 on the year.
