Amber Guyger is housed in the same women's prison as the woman who murdered Selena. The 31-year-old former Dallas police officer was sentenced last week to ten years for the murder of her neighbor. A spokesman for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice says Guyger is now in the Mountain View prison facility. Yolanda Saldivar, who fatally shot the Queen of Tejano in 1995, is serving a life sentence in the same lockup. Mountain View is in Gatesville, about 90 miles north of Austin.
