A UT music professor is off the job after being accused of sexual harassment. The Butler School of Music said they dismissed Dan Welcher after the allegations came forward. A UT-Austin spokesperson said this morning Welcher can not have contact with any students until the manner is resolved. His students will be assigned to other teachers. He has not been charged with a crime but UT's Office of Inclusion and Equity is investigating.
