San Antonio police are investigating a case of road rage that lead to a man being shot on the city's east side.
It happened near Rigsby Road and South WW. White Road about 3 a.m. today. The victim pulled over after being tailgated and the suspect shot him in the arm. He's being treated at a hospital after driving himself to a gas station for help. The shooter is still being sought.
