Former San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro is doubling down on his Democratic debate swing at Joe Biden. Many are criticizing Castro for insinuating the former vice president is losing his memory, but he's now doubling down on what he calls a significant difference in their healthcare plans. After the controversial moment Thursday, NBC fact checkers said Castro was mistaken and Biden did not say Americans would have to buy into healthcare. He did say those who could not afford coverage would automatically be enrolled into Medicare. Still, Castro, a former Secretary of Housing and Development, insists that Biden's plan would leave ten-million-Americans uncovered and he says Biden previously made the buy-in statement while campaigning in Detroit. Castro is dismissing criticism coming from several other candidates and voters, saying healthcare for all is something he's willing to fight for.
