Nearly two dozen Greenpeace USA protestors are blocking a bridge in Baytown, Texas outside Houston ahead of tonight's third Democratic Presidential debate. The protestors are planning to block the bridge for 24 hours, which they say would prevent the transportation of oil and gas through the Houston Ship Channel. Nearly a dozen of the activists are suspended below the bridge.
