A former Marine is locked up in Texas on claims he may have been planning a school shooting. Prosecutors say a semi-automatic rifle with a silencer, other guns, and papers on school shootings were found inside Rick Montealvo's pickup during a traffic stop in Houston yesterday. The 28-year-old is also accused of owning camouflage tactical gear and not registering the suppressor with the government as required by law. He's scheduled to appear in court next week. Prosecutors say Montealvo has a long history of mental issues.
