The Texans lost 22-10 to the LA Rams in their preseason finale at NRG Stadium. Joe Webb the Third completed 19 of 28 passes for 163 yards, one interception and one touchdown for Houston. He tossed a five-yard touchdown pass to Jerell Adams in the first quarter. Webb was also the Texans' leading rusher with 30 yards on three carries. Texans' rookies Jesse Aniebonam and Jermaine Ponder each had an interception. The Texans will kick off the regular season September 9th with a Monday night game in New Orleans.
