Puerto Rico and Florida Brace For Impact From Dorian

President Trump is weighing in on Tropical Storm Dorian. Trump tweeted this morning that they are "tracking closely tropical storm Dorian as it heads, as usual, to Puerto Rico." He said FEMA and all others are ready, and will do a great job." He also took a parting shot at San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulin Cruz, calling her incompetent and saying when FEMA does a great job, "let them know it, and give them a big thank you - Not like last time." Cruz has been a longtime critic of Trump, with the two taking shots at each other in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.

The U.S. territory should get a direct hit from Tropical Storm Dorian today, which could bring landslides, flash floods and power outages. The National Weather Service in San Juan says practically the entire island will be under sustained tropical storm force winds. Forecasters predict Dorian will turn into a hurricane after it blows through Puerto Rico.  The storm's exact path is still uncertain, but residents in Florida are being told to get ready for a hurricane.
