Tropical Storm Dorian is getting stronger as it moves towards the Caribbean. Forecasters believe the storm will reach hurricane strength by Tuesday, around the same time it's expected to reach the Lesser Antilles. The storm is expected to bring several inches of rain to the islands, as well as powerful winds. Tropical Storm Warnings are in effect for the islands of Barbados, St. Lucia and St. Vincent.
