Josh Reddick drove in three runs and the Astros scored seven in the eighth inning to thrash the Angels 11-2 in Houston. Martin Maldonado and Jose Altuve contributed two-run homers to the win. Framber Valdez struck out eight and yielded one run over six innings to pick up the victory. Houston has won four in a row and seven of eight. Brian Goodwin and Andrelton Simmons hit solo blasts for the Angels, who lost their fifth straight. Jaime Barria fell to 4-and-7 with the setback.
