Kroger is announcing plans to sell hemp-derived CBD topical products in 88 Texas stores. Texas will be one of 22 states where Kroger will sell the products, including lotions, creams, oils, and balms. In this year's session, the state legislature legalized the regulated production and sale of hemp and hemp-derived products. The company says the products will contain the legal limit of zero-point-three-percent or less of THC and will be clearly labeled.
