Wade Miley pitched into the sixth and allowed three runs for the Astros in a 5-4 win over the Tigers in Houston. Yuli Gurriel had a two-run double for Houston. Astros shortstop Carlos Correa left after one inning with back discomfort. Roberto Osuna closed it for his 28th save. The Astros have won two straight after ending a five-game skid. Ronny Rodriguez and Travis Demeritte homered in defeat. Edwin Jackson took the loss as the Tigers fell to 48 games below .500.
