San Antonio police have arrested a man accused of kidnapping a 7-year-old girl at a north side apartment complex last week. The girl had told police she was able to escape from the suspect's vehicle as he drove away from the apartment complex after grabbing her. Police were able to use surveillance video and the public's tips to track down the suspect. 42-year-old Jack Steele was taken into custody on a kidnapping warrant this afternoon at his home near Nacogdoches Road and Loop 410.
