Shots are still being fired at officers in Philadelphia. At least four officers have been shot in an ongoing situation in the Nicetown section of the city. Police say one person is holed up in an apartment in the neighborhood and may be firing at officers from an upper level room. One other suspect may already be in custody. A heavy police presence in the scene, along with SWAT and an armored vehicle.
