El Paso Police say the 21-year-old suspect of Saturday's mass shooting drove from his home near Dallas intending to kill people. By the time the man gave himself up inside a Walmart store, at least 20 people were dead and another 26 were wounded in the deadliest mass shooting this year. Several of the wounded are in critical condition. The shooting began around 10 Saturday morning local time as the store was packed with between one to three-thousand back-to-school shoppers on a tax-free holiday weekend.
