Elon Musk is calling last night's test of the SpaceX Starhopper a success. The SpaceX CEO tweeted "water towers can fly haha" following last night's test of the vehicle at Boca Chica Beach. The Starhopper's engines fired at 10:44 p.m. and the vehicle hovered above the launch pad for about 20 seconds before landing again. Musk tweeted later that he expects a test that will launch the vehicle about 650-feet into the air within a few weeks.
