The stepfather of a Houston toddler who was later found dead is under indictment. A Harris County grand jury charged Derion Vence with tampering with a corpse today. District Attorney Kim Ogg says prosecutors are doing all they can to make sure Maleah Davis receives justice. She was reported missing in early May with her remains discovered in Arkansas. Autopsy results are pending.
