The massive influx seen so far this year on the southern border is diminishing. Homeland Security says for the month of June the number of illegal immigrant apprehensions dropped by nearly 30-percent compared to earlier months this year. In a statement yesterday, DHS says just over one-hundred-thousand illegals were taken into custody in June compared to more than one-hundred-44-thousand in May.
