A human trafficking suspect is under arrest again after he was reportedly caught with more than 100 pieces of stolen mail. Hill Country Village Police pulled over Alfredo Garcia Jr. for driving with no taillights. They found the stolen letters, driver's licenses, and credit cards in his car. Officers later found Garcia was on federal probation for human trafficking. He also recently pleaded no contest to a charge of identify theft.
