Authorities in Texas say a woman and three children have been found dead near the Mexican border. Hidalgo County Sheriff Eddie Guerra said in a tweet Sunday night that two infants, a toddler and a 20-year-old woman were found dead by border patrol agents near the Rio Grande River outside McAllen, Texas. Guerra says FBI agents will be leading the investigation because the bodies were found in a federal wildlife management area.
