The man accused of kidnapping a Fort Worth girl is asking for a new attorney. Michael Webb made the request today after pleading not guilty to charges in federal court. Prosecutors say the 51-year-old was planning to plead guilty last week but changed his mind. Police say Webb abducted the eight-year-old last month while she was out on a walk with her mom.
