Once again the federal courthouse in Dallas was put on lockdown and some employees evacuated. Police were called in Monday morning to investigate a suspicious vehicle near the Earle Cabell Federal Building. A number of streets were shut down as police looked into an abandoned 18-wheeler parked near the building. The investigation comes just one week after Brian Isaack Clyde opened fire outside the same building. The all clear was given a short time later after police determined there was no threat.
