Gas prices are down again in Texas. Triple-A Texas says the average price for a gallon of unleaded is two-37, four cents lower than last week. It is also over 30 cents less than this time last year. Triple-A Texas notes the lowered price is a little unusual for this time of the year but believes it is due to an increase in total domestic gasoline inventories.
