A Texas state senator wants precarious conditions to be fixed at a makeshift immigrant holding site. José Rodríguez says the immigrants held outdoors in tents under the Paso Del Norte Bridge in downtown El Paso are exposed to health risks due to the precarious conditions there. Border Patrol spokesperson Ramiro Cordero says the tents and tarps have portable air conditioners and port-a-potties and the immigrants are being fed three meals a day.
