Reds Edge Astros 3-2

Luis Castillo fired six innings of two-run ball as the Reds edged the Astros 3-2 in Cincinnati. Castillo struck out seven and overcame six walks as he moved to 7-and-1 with the victory. Michael Lorenzen recorded the final two outs for his third save. Nick Senzel hit a two-run single in the fifth inning and scored on Eugenio Suarez's [[ ay-you-HAY-nee-oh RBI-single later in the frame, giving the Reds a 3-0 lead. Michael Brantley plated a run and Robinson Chirinos scored on a throwing error during a two-run seventh for Houston. Wade Miley fell to 6-and-4 with the loss.
