The Harris County Medical Examiner's office has now identified human remains found in Arkansas as those of Maleah Davis - the missing 4-year-old Houston-area girl. An interstate cleanup crew found the remains in a garbage bag on Friday, just outside the city of Hope. Maleah's stepfather reportedly told community activist Quanell X that he had dumped the four-year-old's body near where the remains were found. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences said the 4-year-old girl’s cause and manner of death are pending further tests and investigation.
