Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is on his way to Dallas today after making a campaign stop in Houston on Tuesday. The former vice president appeared at his first town hall, promising to raise wages for educators if elected and help teachers pay off student debt. He also pledged to double the number of social workers, psychologists, counselors, and nurses in schools. Today's Dallas event is a private lunchtime fundraiser.
