The Texas Senate is approving a bill expanding access to medical cannabis oil. The measure was unanimously approved today. It includes allowing people with all forms of epilepsy, seizures, MS, ALS, and terminal cancer access to cannabis oil. The bill had previously passed the Texas House but representatives will have to vote on it again because some changes were made. No word on when the vote will happen. The amended bill does have support of Texas NORML which seeks to reform marijuana laws.
