President Trump will push for more merit-based immigration tomorrow. The President will outline his immigration reform plan in an address in the White House Rose Garden. The plan will call for a shift from family-based immigration to one based on skills and job opportunities. Trump will also take the opportunity to push his plans for a border wall. CNBC says it would be financed, in part, by new fees on trade that would be collected at the border.
