The list of the most popular baby names of 2018 is out. The Social Security Administration says Liam, Noah, William, James and Oliver are the top five most popular names for boys born last year. For girls, it's Emma, Olivia, Ava, Isabella and Sophia. Lucas replaced Jacob on the top ten list for boys. Harper bumped Abigail from the top ten names for girls in 2018.
