Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is blaming "a horrific wave of Islamic radical terror" for the deadly bombings in Sri Lanka. Speaking today at the State Department, Pompeo said Easter Sunday was "marred" by the series of blasts that killed at least 290 people, including some Americans. Pompeo says he has spoken to the Sri Lankan Prime Minister and offered "all possible assistance."
