Friends and family of King Jay Davila came together Friday night to celebrate what would've been the child's first birthday.
The boy was found dead in January after investigators discovered his lifeless body inside a backpack that had been buried in a field by his father, Christopher Davila. The father has since been charged on numerous counts and remains behind bars on a $1.25 million bond despite requesting a bail reduction earlier this week.
