Former VP Joe Biden is speaking out about accusations of inappropriate behavior. Several women have accused Biden of unwelcome conduct in years-past. In a video statement on Twitter today, Biden acknowledged that social norms are changing and he vowed to change his behavior. He said he has heard what the women are saying and stressed that he will be more mindful and respectful of people's personal space. Biden is thought to be nearing a decison about entering the 2020 Democratic presidential race.
