Rays Top Astros For Series Win

Yonny Chirinos fired seven innings of one-run ball as the Rays beat the Astros 3-1. Chirinos struck out six and gave up just two hits and no walks for the win. Diego Castillo closed it out for his first career save. Austin Meadows singled in a run in the first inning and hit a two-run homer in the third for the Rays, who took three-of-four in the season-opening series. Jake Marisnick went deep in the third inning and had two of Houston's three hits. Wade Miley gave up three runs over six frames to take the loss.
