President Trump is asking if Beto O'Rourke is crazy. At the White House today, Trump shared some thoughts on the Texas Democrat who recently announced a 2020 presidential bid. Trump said he noticed that O'Rourke has "a lot of hand movement." Trump added he watched O'Rourke stump in Iowa today and he's never seen so much hand movement, and then asked "is he crazy or is that just the way he acts?"
