Empire actor Jussie Smollett is pleading not guilty to more than a dozen felony charges. In a Chicago courtroom this morning, Smollett entered his plea on 16 counts over allegations he staged a racist and homophobic attack in Chicago in January. Cook County Judge Steven Watkins was assigned to the case.
