Astros Moving McHugh Back Into Rotation

Astros pitchers and catchers held their first spring training workout in West Palm Beach. Collin McHugh will be stretched out in spring training to return to the rotation after being used out of the bullpen last season. McHugh won 19 games in 32 starts in 2015. He recorded a 1.99 ERA in 58 relief appearances last season.
